Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple end-to-end implementations for clients simultaneously, acting in a combined role of Project Manager, Functional/Implementation and Technical Consultant. This includes leading fit-gap analyses and functional design sessions, understanding and analysing client business requirements, providing guidance and best practices on optimal configuration options to meet client needs, configuring the client’s site, managing third-party and SAP Concur integrations (e.g. credit cards, audit and other services), training clients and preparing for deployment of service to employees – all to be completed within defined timeframe
  • Ensure project implementations are within defined timeframe of completion with status updates to the client team
  • Deliver web-based training/presentations, covering training on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful and timely implementation for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with internal parties to administer the client side, meet/exceed productivity targets, achieve accuracy with forecasting, and establish and foster high customer satisfaction scores to ensure value added to our clients

Qualifications & Position Requirements :
  • Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent business administration or engineering degree preferred
  • Technical capability with site design, site configuration, configuration validation, technical troubleshooting and data integration expertise
  • Consulting experience related to business applications (Financial, Payroll and HR systems) including spend management best practices, Procure to Pay products (ideally with Accounts Payable and Expense modules), business processes analysis and design,and change management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication &presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual mode
  • Proactive, action orientated mindset backed with solid project management experience
  • Ability to execute flawlessly managing multiple SAP Concurrent fast-paced system implementations to meet tight deadlines

The SAP ConcurImplementationSenior Consultant’s role is to gather client business requirements and design a solution that meets the needs of the client and falls within the boundaries of core SAP Concur functionality. The SAP Concur ImplementationSenior Consultant’s is responsible for the configuration of a customer’s specific environment as well as all client functional knowledge transfer. Under the direction of the Client Project Manager, the SAP Concur ImplementationSenior Consultant completes project milestones, client documentation, and transitions the client to their Production environment. Working with existing clients as and when required.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate into a functional hosted solution design according to client needs and scope of SAP Concur products/services
  • Manage multiple SAP Concurrent complex, global, multi-phased implementations following SAP Concur’s implementation methodology

  • Conduct Design Delivery (onsite or remote).
  • Responsible for managing the global template/baseline configuration and display the ability to configure at a Global level as well as specific features and functionality at a Local level.
  • Create of Global Client T&E Process Template and promote client template positioning and adherence during the deployments
  • Provide consultative expertise to the client, including guiding clients through key decisions such as approval or rejection of deviations from the T&E global process template and trade-offs to maintain project scope and timeline
  • Conduct solution demosand functional knowledge transfer sessions according to methodology standards
  • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative/technical success
  • Ability to perform issue identification, communications, and resolutions for moderately complex issues
  • Ability to set up credit card feeds, validate feed connectivity, and plan & execute credit card related cut-over tasks
  • Communicate consistently and regularly client issue status and progress as per schedule with the Project Manager
  • Ability to conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by other Implementation/Functional Consultants
  • Ability to create and deliver functional documentation, such as CID, T&E policies and process documentation
  • Ability to review iterative deliverable versions with the client to ensure appropriate sign-off procedures.
  • Be familiar with key fields and formats of all key integrations from and to SAP Concur – employee import, list import (for cost objects), attendee import, and standard accounting extract. Additional expertise on integration points, formats or transfer mechanisms is favorable, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in SAP and/or Oracle ERP suitespreferred
  • Cognos report design capabilities (Analytics and/or Intelligence) is a plus
  • Functional Trainings (internal and external): ability to provide various levels of training to client team (back-office, system admin, configuration training and specific SAP Concur role trainings)
  • Work effectively with peers, other departments, and management
  • Be aware of and comply with all companypolicies

Qualifications & Position Requirements :
  • Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent business administration or engineering degree preferred
  • Prior experience in client-facing role
  • Functional consulting experience preferred
  • 4+ years of total experience in SAP Concur Implementation and Production Support preferred
  • Successful experience working directly with clients to resolve complex implementation issues
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills(Ability to communicate and write emails in proficient business English)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow-up system to ensure timely and accurate handling of information requests

Job description

A SAP Concur Deployment Lead gathers and evaluates client business requirements, creatively designs and configures SAP Concur solutions, to effectively manage spend and compliance. This role is also responsible for providing best practice guidance and project support to ensure a successful roll-out program.

Under the direction of the client process or system owner, the SAP Concur Deployment Leadwill support and complete the implementation of the SAP Concur solution within pre-defined timeframe while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and client satisfaction and navigating the client core deployment team, third-party vendors, functional and IT consultants, as well as the client businesses seamlessly and successfully through the implementation program following the client preferred SAP Concur rollout methodology.
