Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute single or multi-country Concur implementations following customer-preferred methodologies:
    • Collect and analyse As-Is documentation (policies, IT landscape, SOPs, narratives, etc.) from the customer.
    • Coordinate the provision of Concur deployment-related design guidelines, templates, and questionnaires.
    • Liaise with customer team members and internal resources to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
