    • Deletion of Card Transactions under the users’ profiles
    • Assignment of new credit cards to employee profiles
    • Deactivation of credit cards on bulk level, etc.
  • Reporting related Support
    • Address incident related reporting queries (existing reports only)
  • Integration related Incident Management Support
    • Monitoring of daily inbound imports and extractions
    • Monitoring and managing the authorisation of daily payment batch file on the SFTP server (AP/GL Extraction file)
    • Addressing all import & extraction related issues
  • Functional Change Request Management
    • Evaluation & impact analyses of new change requests across all complexities (configuration change impact analysis, delivery duration, configuration execution, and testing & support after change release)
    • Execution of configuration changes to the existing Customer configuration under unrestricted Concur configuration access (across all Concur modules in scope)
    • Testing and confirmation of new features & functionalities of SAP Concur releases on a monthly basis, incl. activation, after confirmation from the client key stakeholders
    • “Provision of Concur field-based functional Concur inputs required for data mapping to the Integration Team for the following integration points to and from Concur:
      • Employee master data import from HRMS to Concur (if Concur Expense or Invoice is in scope)
      • Vendor master import for ERP to Concur (if Concur Invoice is in scope)
      • PO import from ERP to Concur (if Concur Invoice is in scope)
      • GRN import from ERP to Concur (if Concur Invoice is in scope)
      • Cost object import from ERP Finance to Concur (if Concur Expense or Invoice is in scope)
      • Financial Posting integration from Concur to ERP Finance (if Concur Expense or Invoice is in scope)
      • Payment Confirmation Notification import from ERP Finance to Concur (if Concur Expense is in scope)

Level 3 Support

  • FinTrans Solutions routes all Level 3 related tickets to the SAP Concur Support Team, provides proper context and root cause analyses (in the event of incidents) and impact analyses (in the event of change requests) and coordinates directly with SAP Concur for timely resolution.
  • Note that Level 3 Support pertains to those incidences or change requests which require resolution on Concur database level, only accessible to SAP Concur. Therefore, SAP Concur is the accountable party to execute all actual Level 3 tickets
