Code of business conduct
As a FinTrans employee, you will be expected to not only read and understand the FinTrans Code of
Business Conduct and Ethics and the Integrity Manual, but to also uphold these standards in day-to-
day activities, comply with all applicable policies and procedures, and ensure that all agents and
contractors are aware of, understand and adhere to these standards.

Training
FinTrans' employees are given opportunities to be trained on appropriate systems, processes and modules regardless of sex, race, marital status, socio-economic background, disability, age, sexual orientation or religion.
