Application

The recruiting process starts with your application. Browse through the open positions. When you are ready, click Apply and complete the entire profile process if you have not already done so. You will receive an email confirmation once you successfully applied for the position. Your resume and profile can now be viewed for consideration by the recruitment team.

Selection

The recruitment team will reach out to applicants if there is a current match for the position. You can always log in to your profile to view the positions which you have applied for.

Interview

For on-site interviews, arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time to register as a visitor. For online and phone interviews try to pick a quiet place and test your connection prior to your scheduled interview time.

• Research FinTrans and the interviewers through social media and our FinTrans website
• Review the provided job description and be able to speak to your key strengths relevant to the job
• Be prepared to discuss anything listed on your resume
• Prepare answers to relevant interview questions
• Dress to impress

Feedback

The final decision is a collaborative effort based on the interview team feedback. There may be a slight delay in receiving feedback depending on the number of candidates being considered. You will be contacted by a recruiter regarding next steps within a reasonable time.

Offer

To start the offering process, the recruitment team will call you with the offer details and next steps. You will need to formally accept the offer according to your country’s regulations.

Joining FinTrans

We will walk through all on-boarding steps together. Because we want you to feel comfortable before you join us, we will give you the option to network with other new employees in your base locations and get all your pertinent questions answered prior to your official on-boarding date.
